Seamless experience. From the first email I sent, John contacted me within 20 min, from there the customer service and support was excellent. The partitions arrived well packaged and items all labelled which makes installation a breeze. Partitions are now all installed and look awesome.

The system is very easy to install, instructions are easy to follow. Everything is always onsite so there is very little down time and waiting for parts to be delivered to site. Duraplan service is excellent, the support service is great. Duraplan project management is great, site measures are correct, manufactured correctly. Great communication re installs. Duraplan overall experience is great would highly recommend your product and service.
