Catching the eyes of thousands of commuters everyday, the 55 Corinthian Drive office development overlooking the Northern Motorway in Albany features approximately 5,947sqm of office spaces and approximately 663sqm of retail/medical/cafe spaces on the ground floor, along with a standalone car park building consisting of 280 car park spaces. The building has great End of Trip facilities with lockers, showers, and change room areas for staff who choose to walk or cycle to work. Duraplan was pleased to be involved in a project here, where we installed brand new toilet partitions.
