Cotton On recently opened a new 1.7ha business hub and distribution center at the $250m Goodman estate. The Roma Road Estate is a modern logistics hub with easy access to the Auckland CBD, port and airport. The 17,300 sqm design-build solution for Cotton On is located at 62 Roma Road, next to NZ Post. Duraplan was asked to assist with the fitout of the restrooms, using our toilet and shower partitioning, lockers, and bench seating.
